Official Website Design Philosophy
1. Sense of Technology and Professionalism
The modern minimalist style combines technology elements such as lines, light and shadow, and dynamic effects to create a high-end professional visual atmosphere. Using blue as the main color, paired with white and gray, makes the page fresh and grand. A split-screen layout is adopted, with icons, images, and subtitles dividing business sections for easy browsing.
2. User Orientation and Interactivity
Designed with the user at the center, the navigation menu and search function are emphasized on the homepage with the prominent entry for “Services.” Each business section includes consultation, appointment, and evaluation modules to enhance interactivity.
Data Display Screen Design Philosophy
1. Intuitiveness and Dynamism
Focusing on intuitiveness, data is displayed using large fonts, high contrast colors, and simple charts to ensure clarity and readability. Trends in data are displayed through real-time updates and dynamic switching, and data is grouped by importance and relevance to avoid clutter; users can click or swipe to view details.
2. Customization and Personalization
Considering user differences, the large screen can be customized, allowing users to select data metrics, visualization forms, and layouts. A personalized login interface is set up to show monitored data and frequently used functions.
Backend Management System Design Philosophy
1. Simplicity and Usability
The interface is simple, employing a flat design style, with functional menus categorized by business processes and commonly used functions highlighted. Operation button icons and text labels are clear, form designs are simple, and complex inputs have intelligent prompts and default values.
2. Security and Stability
In terms of security, a multi-layer protection mechanism is used, including authentication, permissions, encryption, and auditing, to ensure data safety. Regarding stability, the architecture is optimized to ensure stable operation under high concurrency using high-performance technology.
Design Process
1. Requirement Research
Communicate with various departments of the company to understand business processes, functional requirements, and expectations, collect and analyze business data samples, and study similar systems from peers.
2. Prototype Design
Based on the research results, create low-fidelity prototypes, determine page layouts, functional modules, and interactive processes, and review and refine them with the project team.
3. Visual Design
Based on the prototype, visual design is conducted to determine the visual style for the official website, design visualization effects for the large screen, and create interface styles for the backend, producing high-fidelity design drafts, followed by another round of review and adjustments with the project team.
